LEGO Minifigures 89: Not The Doctor (Man with Brown Case)

I was asked about a male medical doctor figure.
I was sure that we had one - he'd come with a little white car. I found him, started painting him... and it wasn't until I got around to doing the print on his front that I realised he wasn't a doctor at all.

Oops.

Fortunately, the doctor isn't required just yet. So here is Not The Doctor.
