It is to be my studio (and storage space). This is rather nice as - for unrelated reasons - I have resigned from my desk job and will be, to all intents and purposes, a full time artist*.

Wow, you're official now! What a lovely thing it will be to have your own studio. Please post photos once you're set up; I love seeing artists' workspaces.
