Blue and White Balloons

A friend is organising a charity event and I offered her a painting for a raffle prize.

She suggested - and supplied - the balloons. I decided to go for a slightly abstracted closeup, with nothing but balloons present. Balloons, and the reflections on their surfaces, which results in a couple of inadvertent self portraits and an appealing window-highlight.

The edges of the box canvas are painted in cyan to match the blue balloons.
