Lego Minifigures 13: "Dance Lady"
The lovely Bethnoir and her generous sons loaned me several female Lego figures after I noted that we were in short supply of ladies. Here is the first painting of one of their figures: a very pink lady who may be a dancer, or an aerobicist, or some other sort of get-fit enthusiast. She's got a leotard, tights, headband and - very 80s - leg warmers. Not to mention her ghetto blaster. I wonder what music she's playing?

oh, she's lovely. I believe she is the fitness instructor as described here

I think she's playing Kylie on her ghetto blaster! The boys said that your painting is really good and someone should pay lots of money for it!
Could be Kylie - but I fear it'd be an early song. "I Should Be So Lucky" or something else with Stock, Aitken and Waterman's fingerprints all over it. Couldn't see her playing "Where the Wild Roses Grow", somehow.
ReplyDeleteI thought she might be playing Madge. "Get Into the Groove" sort of era.
Please thank the boys for me.
I will! You're right she looks like a Madonna fan, I only like the Ray of Light album, but you probably can't exercise to that :-)
