Mount's Bay

Is there anything more perfect than sitting on a beach in Cornwall, painting? 


OK, so my legs got sunburnt. My stupid fault for not using sun cream. And there might be some sand in the painting, but that only proves its authenticity...

St. Michael's Mount may be a tourist trap, but there's a reason for that. It is stunning. And it does make an interesting subject ... hopefully, I managed to avoid the worst of the clichés in this widescreen knife painting.
